Premier's Baldrige Journey

At Premier, we embrace the qualities of performance excellence that the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award embodies. We call the Baldrige process a “journey” because it represents our long-term approach to quality.

We had used the Baldrige criteria for seven years when we learned on November 21, 2006, that President George W. Bush and Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez had announced Premier as one of three 2006 winners of the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. Our goal now is to share what we have learned on our journey so far.
